GENERAL AND SPECIFIC THINGS OF DESTINY Leviticus 9:6 There are general things and there are specific things. One sign that we are growing in our walk with God towards our purpose is that we are moving from doing general things to specific things.  When it comes to practicing your Christian faith, you do general things but when it comes to fulfilling your purpose you do specific things.  Immediately after giving our lives to Jesus, what the Holy Spirit gets to work to establish in us is the love of Jesus, Romans 5:5.  We agree that Jesus loves us mentally but we are not really convinced about it. Why is He doing this? So that we can trust Him.  As good as serving God is; that is not His priority , His priority is being with Him, John 15:15. DESTINY SERIES DESTINY MATTERS 105 FINDING YOUR PLACE IN DESTINY (PART 2) ROMANS 12:4-8 I am going to continue from where I stopped in my last post. If you are called to assist a work you must know for yourself and settle down in it. If you are called to start you must also know for yourself amd settle down well in it.  By this I mean it shouldnt be just what someone told you.  What you were told cannot withstand the test of time and pressures that come from the vicissitudes of life like what you know and have become established in. Don't cross lanes.  The bible says every man should remain with the calling where with he is called and minister according to the meaaure given to him, 1Corinthians 7:24, 1Peter 4:10.  I am a teacher of the Word you won't find me organizing a music concert or a drama outreach.
