There is something you can know that will not make you afraid where others are shaken to their root with fear. Is your life built on the incorruptible word of God or on the arm of flesh or human wisdom and expertise? Every other thing that is not built on the word of God will pass away, moth will eat them up like a garment, the strength of men will fail and the wisdom of men will perish but the word of God endureth forever and ever(1Peter 1:23) and when it is what our entire life is built on we can lie down in safety and none will make us afraid.
