THE SIN OF PRESUMPTION James 4:6 God has regards for natural laws because He created them for a reason and He doesn't disregard them because He is a Spirit, John 4:24. He created the heaven and the earth yet He chose to dwell in heaven, Psalm 115:16. He didn't because He created the earth violate the natural law He set to govern the earth. When He wanted to come to earth He didn't come as a Spirit that He is, but as a man, Hebrews 2:11&14a. He looked for a body to give Him access and entry to the earth He created, Luke 1:26-28. Now that is real humility! Phillipians 2:7 However on our own part, all in the name of proofing spiritual, we want to go as far as breaking natural laws that God set in place. It is pride not spirituality. Yes there are exemptions from time to time, but not always. If God will break natural laws it will not be our own prerogative but His.
