GOD'S  SYSTEMS AND STRUCTURES PART 1 Psalms 89:20, Deuteronomy 7:6 System  refers to a set of principles or procedures according to which something is done, an organized scheme or method, while structures refers to pattern set in place for doing a particular thing in order to achieve a certain kind of result. Men are God's system. Just as the devil creates systems and structures through men, God too set up systems and structures through men.  When God wants to get something done on earth, He looks for men who will coperate with Him to birth His purposes on earth.  He looks for only one man or a nation or a people and use them as His system for getting that dimension of HIM across to every other people.
