ENLARGE THE PLACE OF YOUR HABITATION

ISAIAH 54:1-3

Let me first say this, TODAY'S MESSAGE IS A CONTINUATION OF 'LABOUR WITH GRACE' EVEN THOUGH IT BEARS A DIFFERENT TITLE'.

There is a scripture that has blessed me so much over the years, the entire Isaiah 54. It is like a personal love letter to me from God.

That scripture is a system of advantage, a bail out system for Gods children out of any adverse condition they might have found themselves.

That scripture is the picture of Jerusalem in her desolate state, stripped and barren of glory and honour.

God saw her in this condition of hopelessness and despondency. It looked as if every other person was better off and she worse off.

But the Lord looked at her condition and said, REJOICE....SING O BARREN, THOU THAT DID NOT BEAR.....for many are the children of the desolate woman than of her that is with a husband.

That tells me something, no matter what condition you came to the LORD, God is ready to change it and give you a new beginning. But terms and condition applies.

Then the Lord went ahead to tell her what to do(The terms and conditions) to turn her from barren to fruitful.

He said enlarge the place of your habitation. Same thing as saying borrow thee vessels not afew for thongs are about to change.

The Lord said to her again, SPARE NOT, and again He said, lengthen thy chords, strengthen thy stakes for you shall break forth to the right and to the left.

Those instructions look like labour to me. The Lord told her build capacity. Building capacity can be in the place of prayer, Word, fasting, character, getting knowledge, getting the certificate, registering for the course, learning a trade, acquiring more skills, e.t.c.

In the equation of manifestation, there is a place for prayer, there is a place for Word study, there is a place for fasting but none of these things will ever substitute for the place of raw labour. Where you work with your hands.

After you have prayed, fasted, studied the Word and confessed the Word you must till the ground. If rain falls on a ground that is not sown it will not bring forth anything, probably only weed, Isaiah 30:23.

Jesus said my Father worked hitherto I worked, John 5:17. Apostle Paul said the grace of God given to me was not in vain, I laboured more than they all and his manifestations were more than they all, obvious for all to see. 1Corinthians 15:10.

It is as you add to your faith, diligence, plus virtue(character), plus knowledge, plus patience, plus godliness, plus brotherly kindness, plus charity and abound there in that you shall neither be barren or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

......and so shall an entrance be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of God.

The bible did not hide it from us that we have to give diligence to make our calling and election sure, 2Peter 1:10.

You are the one that must make full proof of your ministry, your business, your career, your marriage as you put your hands to the plough and not look back, 2Timothy 4:5.

The bible says anyone that lacketh these things is blind and cannot see afar off and had forgotten that he was purged from his old sins, 2Peter 1:9.

This message is coming to you so that you can run a check through your life to see which of these things you have left undone.

Are you working hard but has left the will of God and the place of spiritual backing for your hardwork?

The bible says just as the body without the spirit is dead so also faith witjout work is dead, James 2:26.

The outcome is the same for both, whether you are working without a spiritual backing or you have all the spiritual backing but no body to manifest through, the result is the same.

For you it may be that you are spiritual and hardworking but you lack character.

For someone else, your own is that you have faith but you lack patience.

For another it is that you are lacking in knowledge, yet for another what is lacking in your faith equation is godliness and brotherly kindness.

This message is anointed to supply grace for the dimension that is lacking in your faith equation.

Receive grace to add the dimension you are lacking in Jesus name.

The formular for success is work as if you never prayed and pray as if you never worked.

May the Lord anoint this word to our understanding in Jesus name.

Now you are going to pray. Where am I missing it Lord? What have I left undone that is making my faith to be barren and unfruitful? Show me Lord! I receive grace to do whatever you show me in Jesus name.

SALVATION PRAYER

Anything short of you being born again and living a life of holiness and purity hurt Jesus so much. But you can make things right here and now by saying this simple prayer and mean it genuinely from your heart:

Lord Jesus I come to you today. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I cannot help myself. I repent of all my sins and I forsake them. Jesus, I invite you into my life, be my Lord, be my Saviour.

Wash me by your precious blood, forgive my sins and write my name in the book of life. From this day, I promise to follow you all the rest of my life. Help me Lord, in Jesus name, Amen. Congratulations you are now born again!
