BECOMING A BOND SERVANT

(PART TWO)

Romans 12:1, Deuteronomy 15:16&17, Ezekiel 44:15&16

It takes sacrifice to secure covenant with God, Psalm 50:5, Ezekiel 20:37, Genesis 15:8-18 and here we are thinking only 5mins prayer will be enough to cancel a 250 years desolation, we are joking!


Many don't understand sacrifice and how it works. 


When an altar is speaking against you, you raise another altar to counter it. 


When the sacrifice on one altar becomes greater than the other, it will cancel it out. It is altar against altar, sacrifice against sacrifice.  


This is why these things sometimes takes time, but with this understanding you will be able to get the stamina to stay through till you are established in your victory in Jesus name , Isaiah 10:25-27.


God operates on legal ground, this is why when He wanted to redeem man He didn't use His power as God to veto the sin of man which He could have done because He is God.


Rather, He went through legal grounds to break the power of sin over man, He offered His only son as sacrifice. 


The question this morning is are you worthy? The question then was who is worthy to break the seals thereof and open the book and  look there on, Revelations 5:2. 


The Bible says and there was no man found in heaven and on earth and John wept bitterly because there was no man that could pay the price in heaven and on earth to redeem mankind. 


Our families and generation are crying and waiting but there is no man worthy. 


Will you and I be found worthy to liberate our families from the shackles of age long curses and covenants that has plagued them


One of the elders said weep no more for the Lion of the tribe of Judah has prevailed, Revelations 5:5.  Jesus prevailed, will you also prevail? Will you also say to your family weep no more? 


And I saw a lamb as though it was slain, Revelations 5:6. Yet, it was the lion that prevailed by reason of the sacrifices of the lamb that was slain. 


You will say but Jesus died and was raised, is that not enough? Yes, He did, but our pain remain because there is something we are not getting. 


Jesus is the foundation that we must now build on, 1Corinthians 3:11. It is another foundation that we cannot lay but we must build on that foundation that Jesus already laid for us. 


By that foundation He gave us access to everything that God has(Colossians 2:9) but enjoying it in reality is not automatic. 


Unless we work and walk (build) in that access (foundation) that we now have, to possess our possesion in experience becomes difficult, Phillipians 2:12, James 2:17&26. 


To build on that foundation that has been laid for us we must walk the exact same path that Jesus walked, path of becoming a living sacrifice(Romans 12:1) and death to self, Phillipians 2:5-11.


Sacrifices though make you look weak physically when you are paying it. You will look foolish and stupid but the voice of that sacrifice is the roar of a lion in the realm of the spirit. 


It was a lamb that was slain but it was a lion that prevailed. To prevail you must know how to be both a lion and a lamb, 


By reason of your sacrifices you will be a lamb but by reason of the voice coming from your sacrifices it is the roar of a lion that the realm of the spirit will hear.


Isaiah 53:7-9 says like a lamb he was led to the slaughter and didn't offer a word to defend himself.


But in the realm of the spirit, principalities and power were put under his feet immediately because what they heard was the roar of a lion, Colossians 2:14&15. He triumph over them by the cross. The cross symbolizes death to the flesh 


When the process was completed He said it is finished, John 19:30. When the process is completed for you too it will affect everything in and around your life. Even you will know it is truly finished that your warfare is accomplished, Isaiah 40:1&3.


It will be too obvious to miss. He will see the travail of his soul and he shall be satisfied, Isaiah 53:11. 


Apostle Paul said let no man trouble me for I bear on my body the marks of the risen Jesus, Galatians 6:17. Somewhere in the Bible the demons responded to a man trying to cast them out, Jesus we know Paul, we know, but who are you? Acts 19:15, Psalm 24:7-10.


How did they know them in the realm of the Spirit? By reason of their sacrifices. Is this not a branch plucked out of fire? Zechariah 3:2, 6:10,11&14.


That travail is giving you the voice of the lion in the realm of the spirit, John 16:20-24. 


When there are legal issues and covenant issues this is how they are dealt with. 


It is these that is being referred to when the Bible says even the captives of the mighty shall be set free and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered, Isaiah 49:24-26


When you become Gods bond servant you are giving him access to fight your battles regardless because you are totally His property. 


Isaiah 54:17 says this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their vindication is of me.  


Pray this prayer and say Father I have been enlightened by your Word. 


I surrender the reins of my life to You Lord, take over my life now and grant me the grace to be your bond servant which is my reasonable act of service. In Jesus name I have prayed, amen.

Anything short of you being born again and living a life of holiness and purity hurt Jesus so much. But you can make things right here and now by saying this simple prayer and mean it genuinely from your heart:


 Lord Jesus I come to you today. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I cannot help myself. I repent of all my sins and I forsake them. Jesus, I invite you into my life, be my Lord, be my Saviour. 


Wash me by your precious blood, forgive my sins and write my name in the book of life. From this day, I promise to follow you all the rest of my life. Help me Lord, in Jesus name, Amen. Congratulations you are now born again!

SPIRITUALLY AMBITIOUS OR A GOD SEEKER? PSALM 24:6 Just as one can be ambitious physically, one can also be ambitious spiritually too.  Sometime ago, I listened to a preacher and he mentioned the number of hours he spent praying and I was challenged.  Right in that meeting I made up my mind to jack up my prayer life and I set it as a goal.
