TIME MANAGEMENT 101

ISAIAH 49:17

Time is a life currency, not understanding this is what has put many people in pain and regrets today.

Whatever you are today whether a success or a failure you bought it with time.

Many times we attribute our failures to demons and successes to God which is partly true but not entirely because neither of these two spiritual entities could have helped us to fail or succeed without our personal coperation.

So, how have we been coperating with them? By deciding to either make good use of our time or waste it.

The devil works to bring failure into peoples life by helping them waste their time while God also help people to bring good success to their life by helping them put to good use their time.

The Bible in Isaiah 49:17 says, "Thy children (builders) shall make haste; thy destroyers and they that made thee waste shall go forth of thee".

I pray for you that by reason of this message every of your wasters shall depart from you and things that build you will begin to find their way into your life in Jesus name.

Both the poor and the rich meet together, the Lord is the maker of them all but the Lord did not make them so, Proverbs 22:2

The race is not to the swift neither the battle to the strong but time and opportunities happen to them all, Ecclesiastes 9:11.

Today I want to emphasive the part of time happening to us all.

Both successful people and failures have the same amount of time every day, week, month or year. God gave all of us equal amount of time.

Time happens to us all not only to the rich. It is what we do with our time that makes us either a success or failure.

The bible says he becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand but the hands of the diligent shall be made fat, Proverbs 10:4, Proverbs 12:24.

Whatever you have become today you bought it with your time.

If all you spend your time doing is watching movies and another spent his own to go to school and another to pray and invest in spiritual things.

At the end of five years one will be nothing the other will be a certificate holder and the other anointed.

You will become whatever you have been sowing your time into. Galatians 6:8.

If you go to work and you spent 5hrs out of the 8hrs to gist. That is who you are, a gister not a fashion designer or civil servant,

As you go into this new year make up your mind to stop coperating with time wasters.

I am not saying you should not play or rest infact part of what must be featured in your time if you are spending your time well is Rest.

Identify those people and things who are time wasters in your life and deliberately separate from them this year.

To do this you have to take practical steps by writing out your goals, what you want to spend your day on and allot time to each task.

If you don't have a daily goal someone or something will hijack your time and eventually your day from you.

A friend will say follow me to the shopping Mall and you will because you don't have anything planned for that time.

Then you will come across an interesting movie or programme on the internet or TV that caught your intention and before you know it another 1hr is gone again.

You will stumble on those gisting and you will sit down and gist with them for another 2hrs.

The honest truth is that is your life going bit by bit.

If you must go at all, it will be out of the time frame you allotted to any other business or miscellaneous (free time/rest/emergencies)

Free time must be featured in your daily goals because helping your friend and family is building relationships which is very important. However, you must be strict with your free time because it is from there, that all kinds of temptation and distractions set in.

At the end of everyday, take an inventory of how you spent your day. You will be surprised at how many of us had our day hijacked from us by time wasters.

You must be in command of your time and eventually your day if you will walk in dominion this year.

Take authority over your day, don't let the devil hijack your day from you by bringing time wasters into your day.

Fulfilling your destiny is at the mercy of time, so you must be very time conscious.

Spend your time on things that build you and contribute to your growth and edification.

I tell my children watching too much TV does not help you become anything in life, infact it has a way of killing your creativity.

The same number of hours you spent surfing the internet is what another person is spending to acquire new skills.

The same number of hours you spend to gist and watch Tik Tok is what another person is using to pray or study the bible or reading or doing business.

At the end of the year, your results will show who has been spending his time wisely and who has been wasting it.

The first lesson the Holy Spirit taught me when I began my walk with Him is Time management and and honestly it has paid off greatly.

You are starting the year again on a fresh page. You have the whole year ahead of you. Are you going to waste it like you did last year?

What are you going to do differently this new year to give you a better result and testimony at the end of the year?

Remember, nothing changes until you change.

Change what you are doing with your time, change what you spend your time on and watch in shock and wonder how your testimony too will be different at the end of the year.

TIME IS A LIFE CURRENCY, INVEST IT WISELY!

I bring you a Word from the LORD.

Pray and ask the Lord to show you the things and people that constitute time wasters in your life.

Ask the Lord for grace to get rid of them. Then ask the Lord to show you valuable and worthwhile course to spend your time on this new year. I join my faith with yours and I decree and decalre that it is done in Jesus name. I await your testimonies.

SALVATION PRAYER

Anything short of you being born again and living a life of holiness and purity hurt Jesus so much. But you can make things right here and now by saying this simple prayer and mean it genuinely from your heart:

Lord Jesus I come to you today. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I cannot help myself. I repent of all my sins and I forsake them. Jesus, I invite you into my life, be my Lord, be my Saviour.

Wash me by your precious blood, forgive my sins and write my name in the book of life. From this day, I promise to follow you all the rest of my life. Help me Lord, in Jesus name, Amen. Congratulations you are now born again!
