THE DOMINION MANDATE

(PART 2)

Genesis 1:26

True liberty starts from a changed mindset not from a change of job or location or more material possessions.

Many people don't ponder or consider what they are losing or getting by their decisions they only see superficial gratification not the deep losses that may be behind them.

Also, vice versa for those that only see superficial suffering but not the deep gains and blessings hidden beneath them.

It is in his light that we see light, Psalm 36:9. Jesus is the true light that lighteth every man that cometh into the world, John 1:9. If you don't see by his light you are in darkness, Isaiah 8:20.

Sometimes what we call life is death in disguise and what we call death is actually life in disguise. May the Lord give us understanding, Isaiah 5:20.

Wealth has nothing to do with things but everything with mindset, Proverbs 23:7. You can have a mindset of poverty and still have material possessions.

Isreal was ready to exchange freedom for momentary satisfaction. They were ready to go back to Egypt just because there were no garlic and onions and cucumber in the land of freedom, Exodus 16:3

They were free but in the wilderness. In Egypt they were bound, but have varieties to pick from. Freedom must be interpreted correctly to maximise it.

Before you say I am not like them or nerate them for behaving like that, you and I have done the same thing.

How many times have we longed for the comfort zone we used to have anytime we encouter difficulties on our way to the land of freedom that God promised us?

If you look at the temporary comfort or immediate gratification that your job gives you, you won't do anything to break free into the true abundance that God has for you.

The fight involved may be too great for you to fight.

Salary mentality is a slavery mentality, there are treasures buried inside you that no amount of money can buy. Your greatness is connected to those treasures not a salary.

When you know this you will use salary job to find and bring out those treasures not just for momentary gratifications that keep you small.

Does this mean you should not take a salary job? Not at all! But take one that allows you the control of much of your time while you are working.

While you are at your job, maximise time to discover your purpose and gifts. Use your job as a leverage to train and prepare yourself for that glorious destiny.

I dont judge a job as good or bad by how much pay it offers me, I judge a job as good or bad by how much time it offers me to either take heed to or fulfil my purpose.

Funny enough there are some job that offers little renumeration and still want to take all of your time but you may be surprised that God can tell you to take it because it is a training for your destiny or it affords you the opportunity to build vital relationships and destiny connections that are strategic to your destiny.

Everything must be seen in light of what God is doing in your life per time. Working as a slave in Potiphar's house seemed out of it for Joseph but without that training Joseph would not have been fit for his destiny when it eventually showed up.That was his training.

Everything Joseph went through both the good and bad is what made him who he is. You may be going through experiences that you don't like but all of it put together is what will make you who God wants you to be. Nothing you are going through is a waste, it has destiny value. Know this and find rest.

Freedom always come with a fight and you must recognize this fight when you are going through it, it doesnt look atttactive when you are fighting for it.

Slavery looks like a more comfortable place because you are used to it, it is not demanding.

There is a reason God puts people in land and call it their own, Genesis 10:11. Greatness is land and place dependent.

When you are in your own land there are no restrictions to your rising but when you are in another man's land there are restrictions.

There are positions you can never rise to because it is not your land except God divinely lift you like Joseph and Daniel and that only happens when you are within divine ordering.

If God does not help you and if He is not the one sending you into a strange land like Joseph and Daniel, leaving your land reduces your chances at greatness by 50%.

Truly great people are not normadic in lifestyle, going from place to place looking for greatness. Once they find their purpose and gift they stay in one place and begin to train, build and prepare.

It is from that one place that kings and nations come to search them out. They are sought after, their land is not forsaken, Isaiah 62:12.

The Bible says Gentile will come to your light and kings to the brightness of your rising, note the word: THEY WILL COME. Isaiah 60:3.

You can be in one place like a tree and your fruit will go round the world. When the world eat of your fruit they will search for the tree that is producing that fruit.

The bible did not leave us as to wonder about the pattern for greatness, what it looks like.

You can look at your life and following that pattern know that you are on your way to greatness.

If you are moving from place to place in search of greatness you can't be great, it is anti-pattern.

Great people discover their gift, purpose or a course and stay put to build it to a point where it begins to draw the attention of kings and nobles alike.

It is not all land that is conducive to make you great, not all job or position or work is conducive for destiny discovery.

The environment of some places are designed to snuff out your destiny and purpose. Dont just jump at So, the land/environment too must be right for you to discover who you are in destiny.

It must be what you have found out about yourself that is making you do what you do or move from place to place, not that you are looking for money or fame or greatness.

Greatness is in you not outside of you, you only need to discover it and refine it.

The first mistake many people make is they are looking for greatness outside of themselves and not within.

The greatest among you is the servant of you all. That statement is the key to greatness.

Whoever is ready to serve others with his gift is the greatest among them all.

When you are fighting for freedom prepare to face the hardship of the wilderness but never be tempted to go back to slavery because of the comfort and luxury that bondage offers.

PRAYER: FATHER GIVE ME A THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF MY DOMINION IN CHRIST. HELP ME TO WALK IN AND STANDFAST IN THE LIBERTY WHEREWITH YOU HAVE CALLED ME IN JESUS NAME.

SALVATION PRAYER

Anything short of you being born again and living a life of holiness and purity hurt Jesus so much. But you can make things right here and now by saying this simple prayer and mean it genuinely from your heart:

Lord Jesus I come to you today. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I cannot help myself. I repent of all my sins and I forsake them. Jesus, I invite you into my life, be my Lord, be my Saviour.

Wash me by your precious blood, forgive my sins and write my name in the book of life. From this day, I promise to follow you all the rest of my life. Help me Lord, in Jesus name, Amen. Congratulations you are now born again!

PEACE
