POWER OF SMALL THINGS

(PART 2)

Isaiah 28:10, Zechariah 4:10



The devil has mastered how to use little and small small things to defeat christians but many christians have not mastered the art of using little little and small small things to up their game both spiritually and physically. 


A scripture just came to your heart pause and check it out, take some time and meditate on it. 


That 5mins of allowing that scripture run through your mind can be the difference between life and death. 


That line of song that just popped up in your mind can be your deliverance in the next 2hrs, sing it in that instant. 


This is how to be spiritual. A spiritual man judges all things. 


That 5mins talk with the stranger on the street may be the real salvation message that he needs rather than going back home to prepare to a 2hrs full solid message. 


The women in the ministry of Jesus came too late to perfume his body while it was in the grave. When they came he was already risen. 


But that woman with the alabaster box got it right, she came right on time to prepare Jesus's body for burial


Power of small things! That urge to shout thank you Jesus may be the key to your next level. Don't wait until you get to your room before you do it!


The things of the spirit are foolish to them that are perishing but it is the power of God to them that are being saved. Power of small things! 


That urge to speak in tongues, don't resist it! Do it even if it lasts 5mins, it could be the difference between life and death. The Bible says how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, Hebrews 2:1-3.


It is these small small things that the devil uses to reduce the potency of our power. You have only missed it for one day, he says, it doesnt matter. It is okay not to take that fast today, you will take it next week. 


Allowing that evil thought to linger 5more minutes longer could be the differnce between your lifing and your demotion. 


It looks small, almost inconsequential but small small things carry tremendous power. If you have not been doing so before; as from today,  start respecting small small things


Don't resist that urge to speak over that child as he wants to step down from your car, it could be the difference whether he will return or not in the evening. 


Don't romance that little thought any longer; cast it! 2Corinthians 10:5. It looks so small but it is an arsenal sent from the pit of hell to wipe out the next 15years of your life in a miserable mystery.  


It looks small, just a fleeting thought or idea but romancing it just a little longer could be the determing factor for the next 15years of your life. Small but powerful! 


They look small to you, but they are actually arsernal sent from the realm of the spirit for your deliverance right there and then or for your destruction right there and then. 


A spiritual man judges all things! 


Your ability to pick these small small things is what make you a spiritual giant. 


All your long hours of prayer and word study and fasting is to the end that when these small small things appear in your life either from God or the devil you are able to judge them and do as occassion serves you. 


Until you are able to pick and judge small small things you are not yet truly spiritual. 


Those small small thoughts or step of action that suddenly occur to you are kairos moments either from God or the devil to lift you or destroy you, take advantage of them or cast them. 


They are what determines whether the big big events that we are always on the look out for will happen or not!


That world miracle worker will start from 15mins praying in the spirit everyday! 


That world healing evangelist will start from sharing the gospel for five minutes with some stranger. Never despise your small beginnings!


There is tremendous power in small small things. 


That sudden urge to just speak over your life, don't resist it because the moment is not right and say I will wait till I am having my quiet time. 


It is a kairos moment! Only God knows what is happening right at that moment in the realm of the spirit and what spirits are around you. 


People have missed whole seasons in their life because they despised the power of small small things. 


That urge to refuse that gift or to just help that old man could be your kairos moment from the Lord, don't resist it or from the devil don't embrace it. 


Increase the daily dose or amount of small small things you do to infuse life into yourself and reduce the daily dose of those small small things you do to infuse death into yourself, Galatians 6:8, Romans 8:5.


They are what culmimate ultimately to life or death. 


May the Lord grant us the grace to be able to recognize what small small things are life or death in our lives so that we can be more intentional about sowing more life into our lives and taking out more death from our lives. 


It is these carefully programmed small small steps, actions, decision, circumstances and situations that lead to the big big events in our lives.


PRAYER: Father place upon my life the anointing for recognition and give me the gift of discernment. Show me aspects of my life where I have been sowing death into my life and where have been sowing life into myself so that I can be more intentional about it. Give me grace Lord to increase my spiritual activities in Jesus name.

SALVATION PRAYER


Anything short of you being born again and living a life of holiness and purity hurt Jesus so much. But you can make things right here and now by saying this simple prayer and mean it genuinely from your heart:


 Lord Jesus I come to you today. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I cannot help myself. I repent of all my sins and I forsake them. Jesus, I invite you into my life, be my Lord, be my Saviour. 


Wash me by your precious blood, forgive my sins and write my name in the book of life. From this day, I promise to follow you all the rest of my life. Help me Lord, in Jesus name, Amen. Congratulations you are now born again!

SPIRITUALLY AMBITIOUS OR A GOD SEEKER? PSALM 24:6 Just as one can be ambitious physically, one can also be ambitious spiritually too.  Sometime ago, I listened to a preacher and he mentioned the number of hours he spent praying and I was challenged.  Right in that meeting I made up my mind to jack up my prayer life and I set it as a goal.
