THE MYSTERY CALLED PRAISE

Psalm 149:1-9


Always think on solutions, possibilities and what God can do, not on what the devil is doing. 


Thinking about what the devil is doing and how strong he is will never bring God to your situation. 


You have to magnify God above and beyond what you are passing through to bring His power to the scene. 


Constantly talk about God and the magnitude of His power, then He shows up.


That is what the power of praise does, it brings God on the scene, but when you think about what the devil is doing to you you magnify him and he gets bigger 


This is so because whatever you magnify is what gets bigger in your life. 


If you magnify problem it gets bigger, if you magnify God, He gets bigger and He comes on the scene. 


Don't spend 2hrs talking about problems and spend 10mins talking about God and His abilities. 


John G Lake said 10mins did not pass by without Him talking about Jesus.  No wonder they did so great exploits for the kingdom. 


These are their secrets, simple but very potent. They understood these mysteries. 


Giving testimonies and recounting the goodness of God in your life are spiritual mysteries. 


They are so simple truths that can be easily disbelieved, but they are irrefutable principles.


Instead of sharing problems, share testimonies. Recount it in the devil's ears the goodness of God. 


Create Psalm 136 again with understanding and revelation knowing exactly what you are doing. Be intentional! 


Spend 2hrs talking about the goodness of God and His power and ability. By so doing you are magnifying Him above the problem. 


He is bigger than any problem but for that to be your experience you have to personally make Him bigger than that mountain. 


This is what we call praise. You dont have to feel like it before you do it. You are doing it by revelation not by feeling or by what you can see physically.


As you keep doing that God, gets bigger until He consumes that mountain. 


This was what Paul and Silas did and God came down, not an angel.  There was an earthquake and every prison door flung open. 


Prayer brings an angel but praise brings God. Praise is powerful! They are potent power weapons of warfare that God has given us in the kingdom to lead us into cheap victory. 


We must constsntly use them. 


PRAYER: FATHER, PUT UPON ME THE GARMENT OF PRAISE.

Anything short of you being born again and living a life of holiness and purity hurt Jesus so much. But you can make things right here and now by saying this simple prayer and mean it genuinely from your heart:


 Lord Jesus I come to you today. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I cannot help myself. I repent of all my sins and I forsake them. Jesus, I invite you into my life, be my Lord, be my Saviour. 


Wash me by your precious blood, forgive my sins and write my name in the book of life. From this day, I promise to follow you all the rest of my life. Help me Lord, in Jesus name, Amen. Congratulations you are now born again!

SPIRITUALLY AMBITIOUS OR A GOD SEEKER? PSALM 24:6 Just as one can be ambitious physically, one can also be ambitious spiritually too.  Sometime ago, I listened to a preacher and he mentioned the number of hours he spent praying and I was challenged.  Right in that meeting I made up my mind to jack up my prayer life and I set it as a goal. Immediately after I left the place I began to work at my new goal and was I able to meet up my new goal?
