TRUST THE PROCESS
Phillipians 1:6, 1Thessalonians 5:24
There is a destination and the journey doesn't look like that destination.Don't use the journey to determine the destination.
God is both in the journey and in the destination.
Anyone looking at the Israelites dwelling in tents and walking barefooted on long distances with one cloth, one sandal, sometimes without food and water or one kind of food for several weeks will almost conclude that they are a people without a God.
Yet God was right in the midst of them. God is with the high and mighty and is also with the lowly.
It is just that we are so accustomed to seeing him in the lowly that to see him in the high and mighty becomes difficult sometimes also we are so accustomed to seeing him in the high and mighty that we find it difficult to see him among the lowly.
God is both God of the hills and the mountains. He was with David as a sherpherd boy in the bush and was also with him as a king in the palace.
God delights in hiding himself, He doesn't do show off like we men do.
Don't allow what you are seeing now discourage you at all, it is only the journey not the destination. Ask the Lord to open your eyes to see Him even in your current situation.
What you are going through whether good or bad is not as important as your knowing that He is in it with you.
A man on a journey has no lasting comfort because he is always on the move, in transit until he gets to the place of rest.
The journey and the destination don't look alike, so don't confuse them to mean the same thing.
The journey may be laborious but rest is in the destination.
Arise ye, and depart; for this is not your rest: because it is polluted, it shall destroy you, even with a sore destruction, Micah 2:10
I want you to trust God's plans for you, don't trust your plans because your plans are weak like a spider's web but God's plan is strong.
You plan based on what you see and what is available. God plans based on what He knows and what He has provided.
Trust the process/journey it will take you to a glorious destination.
A soldier puts on an armour of war to fight but an athlete put off and strip to the bearest minimum to be able to run well.
As a Christian you are both a soldier and an athlete you must know when to put on and when to put off, what to put on and what to put off.
The reason why the training seem so long is because you have taken your attention away from the training and you have put it on the manifestation.
The promise of God to you is strong enough to take care of all your needs both now and in the future, so find rest in them.
PRAYER: FATHER GIVE ME THE GRACE TO TRUST THE PROCESS AND NOT MISS MY DESTINATION.
SALVATION PRAYER
Anything short of you being born again and living a life of holiness and purity hurt Jesus so much. But you can make things right here and now by saying this simple prayer and mean it genuinely from your heart:
Lord Jesus I come to you today. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I cannot help myself. I repent of all my sins and I forsake them. Jesus, I invite you into my life, be my Lord, be my Saviour.
Wash me by your precious blood, forgive my sins and write my name in the book of life. From this day, I promise to follow you all the rest of my life. Help me Lord, in Jesus name, Amen. Congratulations you are now born again!
PEACE
