THE DYNAMICS OF RECEIVING OPEN HEART ISAIAH 29:13 The fourth factor in the equation of receiving is HAVING AN OPEN HEART It takes an open heart to receive.  Many times we pray and fast and study scriptures, ignoring the condition of our heart.  The end of studying the word is to be transformed by what we have read not just to have head knowledge of what the Bible says. The bible says out of our heart proceed the issues of life, Proverbsv4:23. The Bible contains guidelines for the kind of heart condition that can see God.  It says, "the pure in heart".
