SPIRIT OF GREATNESS

1Samuel.16:7

Every man has spirits working with him either for or against. They are what determines the possibilities and outcome around our lives. 


Spirits can be exited through knowledge, obedience, covenants, words, sacrifice snd casting. 


Same way spirit can be introduced into peoples lives through words, knowledge obedience and covenants. 


Words are spirit and life so you can exit one spirit with words and introduce another with words. 


Matthew 8:16 says Jesus casted out demons by his words. With words you can change atmosphere over people's lives. 


Spirit has nature and character and everybody assumes the nature and character of the spirit working with them, Luke 9:55, Mark 9:20,25&26.


The bible says it is the Lord that worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. The bible says now the Lord is the spirit. Somewhere he says God is a spirit. 


Everybody at every point in time is under the influence of one spirit or the other and they display the nature and character of that spirit. A man can have 10 to 15 spirits walking and working with him, 2Kings 6:16, Luke 8:2.


The mad man of garderenes had legion of spirits inside him, Luke 8:29-33. The bible also says angels came to minister to Jesus, Matthew 4:11.


Somwhere the bible says are they not ministering spirits sent to minister to those that will be heirs of  salvation, Hebrews 1:14.. 


Angels are spirits the same way demons are spirits too. He make  his messengers winds and his ministers flames of fire(Both wind and fire are his messengers and ministers), Psalm 104:4


When the spirit of understanding is at work, you will begin to understand things. 


If it is the spirit of wisdom he will teach you what to do. If it is the spirit of knowledge you will go in search of knowledge in a profound way. 


When it is the spirit of greatness it will stretch you beyond your current limits. It will expand your borders and make you take on many activities needed for your greatness. 


It is the nature and character of that spirit so you will begin to assume it. Not only that it will go in search of people that need what you carry or possess and make them begin to look for you. 


Your path and their path will cross, because it is working to make God great in you. 


The Holy Spirit is the custodian of all Gods spirits and He manifest Himself to us as we need those different dimensions, Isaiah 11:2.


He is like a strong man that opens the door for these other spirits to come in as the need arises for them in your life. 


Nothing drives the spirit of greatness faster from a man than complaining, 1Corinthians 10:10. 


Once you begin to complain that the work is too much, he takes it to mean you are not ready or willing to pay the price for greatness, so it takes its leave. 


But if you endure and bear up under it, a time comes when He strengthens you to do the seemingly very difficult task. 


DON'T COMPLAIN, IT WILL DRIVE THE SPIRIT OF GREATNESS FAR FROM YOU BECAUSE HE DOESNT OPERATE AT YOUR TERMS BUT HIS TERMS. RATHER BEAR UP UNDER IT UNTIL YOU ARE SUPERNATURALLY STRENGTHENED. 


All those men you admire and celebrate   as great men and women of God too went through these phases as their ministry was growing but as they bear up under it and didn't complain they were supernaturally strengthened, Hebrews 12;2. 


They remembered and didn't forget that it is the extra that makes men extraordinary.


That extra is what your flesh is fighting and screaming about but it is also that which makes you extraordinary and great. 


No amount of physical strength will be enough for the task ahead of you, you will need to be supernaturally empowered and this comes only after you have endured with your natural strength. 


It is in Judea that you host the spirit of greatness as a visitor. How well you host this spirit will determine whether you will move to Samaria, remain in Judea or go back to Jerusalem. 


Those that made it to Samaria are those that hosted the spirit of greatness well when he came visiting so he remained with them and ushered them to Samaria and eventually to the ends of the earth.  


One thing about the Spirit of greatness is that it breaks status quo, limits, boundaries and barriers to make you great, Isaiah 30:26.


In short, it comes to stretch you beyond your former boundaries and limits and create new boundaries. 


This stretching is not easy. This is where many give up and either remain in Judea or go back to Jerusalem but never make it to Samaria because the stretching is much, Psalm 78:9, Isaiah 54:2-3. 


It was as if they were going to die, they considered their bodies and gave up, others considered the power of resurrection and were strengthened. 


What are you going to consider? It takes a very large capacity to survive in Samaria and that capacity building takes place in Judea. 


Don't despise your Judea trainings they are for Samaria. When you get to Judea, Jerusalem looks like a childsplay, so also for Samaria.


Pray and ask the Lord to strengthen you in your inner man for the journey ahead of you.  Purpose in your heart that by His grace you will endure amd not complain as the Lord takes you through the path that leads to greatness.

SALVATION PRAYER


Anything short of you being born again and living a life of holiness and purity hurt Jesus so much. But you can make things right here and now by saying this simple prayer and mean it genuinely from your heart:


 Lord Jesus I come to you today. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I cannot help myself. I repent of all my sins and I forsake them. Jesus, I invite you into my life, be my Lord, be my Saviour. 


Wash me by your precious blood, forgive my sins and write my name in the book of life. From this day, I promise to follow you all the rest of my life. Help me Lord, in Jesus name, Amen. Congratulations you are now born again!

MASTER AND OVERCOME MOCKERY PART TWO ISAIAH 51:7-8 I remember when the Lord instructed me to start a WhatsApp group and be sharing messages on it, many people started commenting and leaving the group, infact they left in droves.  When I got to the office the following day, some of my colleagues who were also part of the group their first reaction was to laugh me to scorn.  Even one of those very close to me couldn't just stop laughing at me. They laughed so much at me and I looked so foolish to myself that I decided to cancel the group.  But the Lord said I should go and re-create the group again which I did.
