UNDERSTANDING MANAGEMENT

Matthew 25:29

No matter the abundance of anything at all that God gives to us, whether wealth, resources, life or health or relationships and people, without proper management it will not last long and we will end up wasting them. The word management is powerful!

Managing as many of us usually call it is not synonymous to lack or poverty or being in want at all. This message will give us a paradigm shift on what management is and is not.

The reason some people end up being managed is because they never learn how to manage what has been given to them.

Anything at all that you have and you want to last you must introduce management, because what you cannot manage you don't qualify to receive and what you cannot manage God will not give you.

What many of us call being rich or wealthy is ostentacious life style. Managing is a basic lesson every one of us must go through to qualify us to receive or enter into abundance.

Every time you see yourself managing, it is the lesson on how to handle abundance without wasting it that you are learning. That lesson will qualify you for abundance.

Your prayers are answered to the degree of your ability to manage things. As powerful as prayer is God will not answer you or give you beyond what you can manage.

Some of us really need to stop praying and start working on our ability to manage things. It is the reason why we are not moving forward.

Can you manage the large congregation you are asking for? You are asking God to make you a CEO, can you manage a staff?

What about children, wife or husband, a business? What you cannot manage, God will not give you.

That you are managing does not mean you are poor, you are passing the test that will qualify you for abundance.

Wealth and riches are trust, God gives it to those He can trust with it whether believers or unbelievers.

When believers pass the test of trust, God will begin to move it into our hands.

Trust is your ability to use things for what they are meant for.

That you have things does not mean you are not trust worthy. You can have 10 shoes and be more trust worthy than someone that has 2 or 1.

Management has nothing at all to do with lack but everything to do with trust.

For some of us if God gives us 1million today that is the end of quiet time, end of church service, end of humility and respect. We will squander it on lusts without paying tithe or give to help anyone.

We are sending a report back to God by that action that we are not trust worthy.

That you are presently managing what you have does not mean you are poor, it means you are learning the lessons that will make you to be trusted with abundance without wasting it, Matthew 25:28&29

Sometimes God takes us through seasons of lack to teach us management so that he can bring us into season of abundance, Phillipians 4:11, Psalm 66:12.

You must learn to always define your situation from Gods perspective and believe whatbGod says about it, Psalm 36:9, John 12:36.

The problem is just that many don't understand what God is doing with them at different times and seasons of their lives, 1Chronicles 12:32.

They only see the situation but not the reason behind it. They understand and interprete their situation by what the world says or the interpretation their emotions or intellect gives them, Job 38:2.

This is why everytime God ask whoever He wants to send to his people what seest thou? Because two cannot walk together except they be agreed, Amos 3:3.

Division is the result when you are seeing things differently from the way God sees them, Mark 3:25.

Understanding will put an end to many of our pains and sorrow because from the place of understanding we will know and see that they are needless, Colossians 1:9-11.

You are not coming down as you think but actually going up. Things can be so terrible and bad but it is actually a journey upward and forward and things can actually be so good and calm but it is actually a downward spiral, Isaiah 22:8'13.

In all thy gettings, get understanding, Proverbs 4:7

That someone is ostentacious does not mean they are wealthy it means they are foolish, Proverbs 1:32.

Wealth is not synonymous to wisdom, people come into wealth through different means.

Hardly will you see someone that came into wealth by hardwork and diligence being ostentacious. It is often those that come into wealth by accident and inheritance that live ostentaciously.

If you are not a good manager of resources you are not a candidate for abundance.

True wealth are committed into the hands of managers not the ostentacious. When you understand this you will stop being envious and jealous of such people.

This was what Asaph meant when he said until I got into the sacruary understood I their end, Psalm 73:17. The answer is in His presence, Psalm 36:9.

Same with Habakkuk, his countenance changed when he heard God concerning the situation of his country, Habakkuk 3:17.

You need to hear God about that situation. Before you cast it as of the devil there may still be some juice in the cluster, Isaiah 65:8. There is wealth in poverty and there is poverty in wealth.

Even though nothing has changed physically for Habakkuk and his country, he was joyous and his countenance changed because he now had understanding from Gods perspective, Habakkuk 3:17-19.

No matter what you get, if you haven't gotten understanding with it don't rest, because you are not yet safe.

Understanding is what guarantees it will change or remain because it is understanding that establishes you in your purpose, Proverbs 24:3.

You are only established to the level of your understanding. Whatever you get without getting understanding can fly away. It is only established to the degree of your understanding.

That you unerstand why you have what you have is what should make you rejoice not that you have things because nothing is established, that is, rooted and grounded without understanding.

So understanding is a must get with everything you get. When you are in a situation don't only see the situation, get the understanding of what is going on.

If it is things you have, don't rejoice, until you have gotten the understanding of why you have them.

Until understanding comes nothing is truly yours or not yours. With understanding you can have a problem and know that problem is not yours because you have understanding.

Nothing is about to change until understanding comes. Nothing has come to stay until understanding comes. Understanding is powerful, it is light!

When you understand why God gives you something, with it comes the ability to retain and maintain it.

Allow understanding define and interprete situation and circumstances for you.

Define and interprete your situation from the realm of understanding not from what it looks like physically.

What you understand, you can endure what you understand you can send packing.

Understanding helps you to fight strategically and win all your battles. When there is understanding, victory is assured.

The bible says with understanding comes favour, but the way of transgressor is hard.

Who gives understanding? God, Proverbs 2:6. What God gives is wisdom knowledge and understanding not things but these three forces put together in your life will give you things, Ecclesiastes 2:26.

When you lack understanding what suppose to make you rejoice will make you cry what suppose to make you cry will make you rejoice, Isaiah5:20

Whatever you get without getting understanding, you will eventually lose or waste it.

Honourable men suffers from hunger because of lack of knowledge and as a result hell enlarges itself because of a people that lacks understanding, Isaiah 5:13&14.

Apostle Paul admonishes us that we should be men in understanding but children in malice, 1Corinthians 14:20. Many of us have turned it round. This morning deliverance has come our way.

PRAYER: Ask God to give you the Spirit of Understanding, that you will not only see situations but you will have perfect understanding of the reasons behind them. Ask the Lord to give you His perspective on every issue of your life. Ask the Lord for grace to be a good manager of resources in Jesus name.

PEACE.

SALVATION PRAYER

Anything short of you being born again and living a life of holiness and purity hurt Jesus so much. But you can make things right here and now by saying this simple prayer and mean it genuinely from your heart:

Lord Jesus I come to you today. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I cannot help myself. I repent of all my sins and I forsake them. Jesus, I invite you into my life, be my Lord, be my Saviour.

Wash me by your precious blood, forgive my sins and write my name in the book of life. From this day, I promise to follow you all the rest of my life. Help me Lord, in Jesus name, Amen. Congratulations you are now born again!

PEACE
