REST FOR THE WEARY
PART 2
Mark 11:28-30
(Continued from Part 1)
It is the Holy Spirit's work to reveal who we are to those that God has called us to serve.
This is why you can see someone saying I saw you praying for me in the dream or that you were teaching me and explaining things to me.
Another can say, I was thinking about who to call and the Holy Spirit brought your name to my mind or I just saw your flier and was drawn to it.
Another can say I heard your message and it answered the questions in my heart. I listened to another one and it answered more of my questions.
They are the ones to whom the Holy Spirit has gone to reveal you to. So their committment to you or to your ministry is not just because you are giving them money or cooking for them, they stayed because the Father has revealed who you are to them.
There must be that spiritual connection for them to be committed. It doesn't come by struggle, it comes by revelation. It may take sometime before they can discern it, but it will surely happen.
Many don't know this, so they spent so much trying to keep people and tie them down to their ministry by their own effort instead of asking the Holy Spirit who is the Revealer to reveal to them what they need to see or know about you and the ministry.
You can't keep anyone by your strength and effort that God did not keep. Apostle Paul said in 2 Timothy 1:12b, "And am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day"
Now when they have come you will also see that through your gospel the Father will also be revealed to them by the Holy Spirit.
The more they read your books or listen to your messages, the more they seem to understand who God is and His ways.
They begin to be transformed, receive healing and deliverance, prosperity and liberty.
Your gospel revealed who the Father is to them as the Holy Spirit breathes upon it. It is not so much by human effort, it is purely spiritual.
It has nothing to do with how much promo or advert you do even though there is a place for that, it is the Holy Spirit revealing the Father to them through your tracts or messages or books or ministry.
If they read another book or go to another ministry or hear another message it won't have the same effect on them, those mysteries will be hidden from them. You are the one that God has given rheir answers or soultions to.
This explains why as many as men of God are, they all have their own audience and followers.
The difference in sizes of audience that we command is not so much about the efficacy of our preaching but about the nature of the assignment given to us.
For Apostle Paul, it is to make ALL MEN SEE, Ephesians 2:9. That he had to minister to a larger number of people called Gentiles dies not make him Superior to Apostle Paul that was sent to the Jews only.
For some it may be to make certain class of people see. One may be sent to nations while another is sent to a city or a village.
This is why Judah will have allotment of 112cities with their villages while Dan will have just only 18 cities with their villages, yet Simeon had none. It was out of the portion of Judah that their portion was carved out for them, Joshua 19:9
This is why no man of God can judge the performance of another in ministry because you don't know the scope or size of their assignment, 2Corinthians 10:12
It is God that gives men Pastors after His own heart. You can't choose your pastor as a member.
Likewise, as a Pastor you can't choose who will member your church or ministry. It is God that gives both.
Your members are not everybody, your crowd is not every crowd and your Pastor is not every Pastor.
God said He will summon your sons and your daughters from afar, He will say to the north: Give up: and to the south: Keep not back: bring my sons from afar, and my daughters from the ends of the earth, Isaiah 43:6
He also said, "And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding", Jeremiah 3:15
Dear fellow ministers, men and women of God, minstrels, drama artists, evangelists, know this and know peace. Let these words comfort you.
Your gospel can bring men into a dimension of truth in God because the Holy Spirit uses that gospel to open men up to that dimension in God, thus revealing the Father.
When you understand this you will stop being in competition with people or desiring another man's calling or wanting to be like them, 1Peter 4:10
You will embrace them and their calling without this desire to outshine or becoming envious or jealous. You will only desire to have and to keep what God gives you.
Jesus knew this, He said those that you have given me I have kept and none of them is lost except the son of perdition, John 17:12.
He didn't try hard to win the Pharisees and Saducees over to become His followers, neither did He minister to those outside of Israel.
He was contented to serve only those that the Father had given Him and stay within the geography of His assignment even as God in human form.

PRAYER: FATHER, HELP ME TO BE FOCUSED IN MY PURSUIT OF YOU. ESTABLISH ME IN MY OWN CALLING AND ASSIGNMENT. TAKE AWAY EVERY DISTRACTION ON MY WAY TO FULFILLING MY CALLING AND DESTINY IN JESUS NAME.

SALVATION PRAYER
Anything short of you being born again and living a life of holiness and purity hurt Jesus so much. But you can make things right here and now by saying this simple prayer and mean it genuinely from your heart:
Lord Jesus I come to you today. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I cannot help myself. I repent of all my sins and I forsake them. Jesus, I invite you into my life, be my Lord, be my Saviour.
Wash me by your precious blood, forgive my sins and write my name in the book of life. From this day, I promise to follow you all the rest of my life. Help me Lord, in Jesus name, Amen. Congratulations you are now born again!
